PUBLIC NOTICE: Notice of Special Council Meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 27 August 2026 at the Council Chambers, City of Stirling, 25 Cedric Street, STIRLING commencing at 6PM.

The purpose of the meeting is for Council to consider: 

Waste to Energy contractual arrangements for residual waste disposal.           

The report is confidential, and this part of the meeting will be closed to members of the public.  

Business papers associated with this meeting will be available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government Administration Regulations 1996.
