In accordance with regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Thursday 30 April 2026, commencing at 5PM, in the Council Chambers at City of Stirling, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling.

In accordance with regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Thursday 16 April 2026, commencing at 6:00PM, in the Parmelia Room at City of Stirling, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling.

In accordance with regulation 12(4) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Thursday 19 March 2026, commencing at 6PM, in the Council Chamber at City of Stirling, 25 Cedric Street, Stirling.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that the Ordinary Council Meeting scheduled for 25 June 2026 will now take place on 11 June 2026.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995, and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given that the following Mindarie Regional Council Ordinary Council Meetings will be conducted, commencing at 6.30 pm at the venues shown:

The Tamala Park Waste Management Facility (located at 1700K Marmion Avenue, Tamala Park) will be closed to the public from 12-noon on Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24 December 2025) until 8AM on Boxing Day (Friday 26 December 2025), inclusive of Christmas Day (Thursday 25 December 2025). The facility will also be closed to the public on New Year’s Day (Thursday 1 January 2026).

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that the Ordinary Council Meeting scheduled for 25 September 2025 will now take place at the Council Chambers of the City of Stirling, located at 25 Cedric Street, STIRLING.

In accordance with section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995, Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) gives notice of its intention to enter into a major land transaction and a major trading undertaking.

In accordance with Section 141(D) of the Local Government Act 1960 - under which Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is constituted - the Ordinary Council Meeting held on Thursday 17 July 2025 has been adjourned until Thursday 24 July 2025.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Thursday 8 May 2025. The meeting will be held online (by electronic means) commencing at 5.30 pm.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held on 26 March 2025, the meeting will be held online commencing at 5.30 pm.

The Tamala Park Waste Management Facility will be closed to the Public: from 12 noon on Tuesday 24 December 2024. Wednesday 25 December 2024 Christmas Day and Wednesday 1 January 2025 New Year's Day.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 notice is given that the following Ordinary Council meetings will be conducted commencing at 6.30pm at the venues advised.

The Mindarie Regional Council adopted the local law at its Ordinary Meeting of 24 November 2022 after public consultation was completed.
