In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting, will be held on 23 November 2023 at the City of Stirling, Council Chambers commencing at 6.30pm.

The Tamala Park Waste Management Facility will be closed to the Public: from 12 noon on Friday 22 December 2023. Monday 25 December 2023 Christmas Day and Monday 1 January 2024 New Year's Day.

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting, will be held on 22 June 2023 at the City of Joondalup commencing at 6.30 pm.

Notice is given that the Mindarie Regional Council is currently reviewing its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan and invites feedback from people with disability, their families and carers, disability service providers and community members and groups to provide comment on previously unidentified access issues or ongoing access issues to help inform the new five year plan.

The Mindarie Regional Council adopted the local law at its Ordinary Meeting of 24 November 2022 after public consultation was completed.
