As a local government authority, Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is required to conduct a public tender process for all purchases estimated to be in excess of $250,000. MRC may also choose to invite public tenders, even where the estimated value of the purchase is less than the prescribed tender threshold.

(RFT_2526005) Commercial Joint Venture for On-Site PV Module & E‑Waste Resource Recovery Facility

Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) invites tenders from prospective joint venture participants for a proposed Unincorporated Joint Venture (UJV) to establish and operate a commercial on-site PV Module and E-Waste resource recovery facility.

The arrangement is intended to be for a minimum term of 20 years, with MRC providing land and labour; and the successful respondent providing its process technology, intellectual property/know-how and operational management.

(RFT_2526002) Provision of Mattress Collection, Recycling & Recovery Services

The Mindarie Regional Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified reliable contractors for the collection, transport, and processing of mattresses within the MRC region and for the City of Perth (CoP).

This includes as-required ad hoc, booked, bulk, zoned and approved drop-off service categories, together with recycling, reporting and lawful residual disposal requirements.

The primary objective of the ensuing Contract from this procurement activity is to maximise diversion of mattresses from landfill through environmentally responsible recycling, reporting and lawful residual disposal requirements, while ensuring a cost-effective and reliable service.
