As a local government authority, Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is required to conduct a public tender process for all purchases estimated to be in excess of $250,000. MRC may also choose to invite public tenders, even where the estimated value of the purchase is less than the prescribed tender threshold.

Request for Tender No.13-168 (Infiltration pond and infill earthworks)

Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is inviting tenders for the construction of an Infiltration Pond, associated Infill Earthworks for the surface water management system, and the installation of a fence around the revegetation offset area.

Expression of Interest No.13-169 (Landfill Design Consultant & Civil Construction Contractor)

Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is seeking Expressions of Interest for Part A – Landfill Design Consultant and Part B – Civil Construction Contractor.

Part A includes landfill design, engineering documentation, environmental and project management plans, stakeholder engagement, and construction support. Part B involves civil works such as ground preparation, infrastructure installation, construction of landfill caps and ponds, and environmental management. Submissions may be made for Part A, Part B, or both.
