As a local government authority, Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is required to conduct a public tender process for all purchases estimated to be in excess of $250,000. MRC may also choose to invite public tenders, even where the estimated value of the purchase is less than the prescribed tender threshold.

RFT_25601 Refurbishment and upgrade of facilities

Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced builders to deliver refurbishment, upgrade, and reconfiguration works across selected areas of the site.

Works will involve internal building modifications, installation of new fixtures and finishes, and minor access and signage improvements. Proposals are to provide practical, cost-effective solutions that improve functionality and deliver value for money, with works carried out efficiently and, where applicable, with minimal disruption to site operations.
