As a local government authority, Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is required to conduct a public tender process for all purchases estimated to be in excess of $250,000. MRC may also choose to invite public tenders, even where the estimated value of the purchase is less than the prescribed tender threshold.

NO: 13-171 Hired Labour - Tamala Park Waste Facility

Mindarie Regional Council intends to appoint one or more suppliers for the provision of hired labour at the Tamala Park Waste Management Facility (TPWMF).

The agreement will provide the council with access to a pool of qualified recruitment suppliers, supporting operational, environmental, plant and equipment, finance, and office-based roles, as well as other positions as required.

Respondent’s submissions must be uploaded no later than 12PM AWST on Thursday 23 October 2025. Late tenders will not be accepted.
