As a local government authority, Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is required to conduct a public tender process for all purchases estimated to be in excess of $250,000. MRC may also choose to invite public tenders, even where the estimated value of the purchase is less than the prescribed tender threshold.

NO: 13-172 Supply and maintenance services for landfill liners

Mindarie Regional Council intends to appoint one or more suppliers for the supply, installation and repair of landfill liners and rainfall barriers at the Tamala Park Waste Management Facility (TPWMF) over the next four years. Services will include scheduled and emergency works, including welding, maintenance, and installation or reuse of liners as required. Engaging multiple suppliers will ensure continuity of works, manage scheduling conflicts, and maintain operational efficiency.

Respondent’s submissions must be uploaded no later than 12PM AWST on Thursday 11 December 2025. Late tenders will not be accepted.
