MRC Council meetings are now publicly available through the Meetings Portal, below. This allows you to view agendas, minutes and other important details for Ordinary Council Meetings (OCMs), Special Council Meetings (SCMs) and Committee Meetings, all in one place.

You can also stay up to date with MRC Council Meetings by receiving agendas and minutes notifications straight to your inbox. Meeting audio is now available through the portal, allowing you to listen to meetings without leaving the MRC site.

Note: The new portal covers MRC meetings from 1 January 2025 onwards. For agendas and minutes from MRC meetings before this date, please see the meetings archive (pre-2025)

MRC Meetings Portal

To view the agenda for a meeting, click on the meeting event and navigate between the categories at the top of the screen. You are able to view minutes, agendas, reports and attachments within the portal itself, or download them by clicking 'Download packet'.

You are also able to view the agenda, reports and attachments associated with a meeting on the meeting's page. Minutes and an audio recording of the meeting will be available once the meeting has completed (normally within seven days). To listen to the meeting audio, click the meeting link beside the camera icon in the 'Media' column.

If you would like to be notified when new agendas and minutes are published, go to 'My subscriptions' and click 'Manage'. From there you will be able to create an account. You will receive an email notification each time a new agenda or minutes is published.
