Customers disposing of waste over the weighbridge at Tamala Park Waste Management Facility will be subject to new fees and charges from Tuesday 1 July 2025.

Each year, Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) reviews its fees and charges to ensure that it can provide a comprehensive, safe and efficient waste disposal service to the public and commercial entities.

The fees payable over the weighbridge are used to cover the cost of operations at Tamala Park, to fund the environmental care of the site and to help restore and rehabilitate the landfill, post-closure.

The most recent changes to fees and charges were agreed by the MRC Council at its ordinary meeting on 19 June 2025.
