Expression of Interest - Independent Person

The Mindarie Regional Council is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer. Council has an established CEO Recruitment and Performance Review Committee, to support the process Council is seeking a suitably qualified or experienced independent member.

The role

The independent member will be a voting member of the panel, contributing their insights and expertise to the recruitment process. This is a voluntary role.

The independent member will ideally be:

• Experienced in the recruitment of CEO’s or senior executives
• A former council member or staff member of a local government
• A prominent or highly regarded member of the community with relevant expertise
