| Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is one of Western Australia’s biggest waste management authorities, providing a comprehensive waste disposal service to local government authorities and residents in the Perth Metro Area.  The RoleThis role supports MRC’s operations business unit to deliver capital strategic programs, as approved by MRC’s Council. Responsible for overseeing and executing the capital programs in line with its Critical Infrastructure Plan.  The Salary and BenefitsFull time permanent salary $120k to $135k per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant plus benefits that include:

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders 
Excellent project management skills, leading projects.Sound knowledge of procurement processes and complianceExperience in interpreting and analysing contracts.Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads within tight timelines.Demonstrated commitment and ability to achieve delivery of required outcomesProficient with the Microsoft suite of software.  Experience
