Mindarie Regional Council - Notice of Meetings

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 notice is given that the following Ordinary Council meetings will be conducted commencing at 6.30 pm at the venues shown:

  • 24 March 2022 City of Wanneroo
  • 26 May 2022 City of Stirling
  • 07 July 2022 City of Stirling
  • 25 August 2022 Town of Cambridge
  • 29 September 2022 City of Vincent
  • 24 November 2022 Town of Victoria Park
  • 15 December 2022 City of Perth
 
Business papers associated with each of these meetings will be available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government Administration Regulations 1996.

Provision For Groundwater Monitoring And Annual Report

The Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is inviting tenders for groundwater monitoring at the Tamala Park Waste Management Facility and contributing to the annual compliance report.

Tenderers are invited to attend a Mandatory Tender Briefing/Site Inspection at 1700 Marmion Avenue Tamala Park WA 6030 on Wednesday 15 September 2021 at 9am. Please confirm with Deborah Toward on (08) 9306 6318 or governance@mrc.wa.gov.au of your attendance at this meeting no later than Tuesday 14 September 2021 at 12pm (AWST).

Tender responses must be emailed to tender@mrc.wa.gov.au clearly marked “Confidential” and include the words “Tender number 13/150” in the subject line by no later than the deadline of 12pm WST on Friday 1 October 2021.  If the Submission is greater than 20 Mb, sending multiple emails is permitted, being marked as Part 1 of 2 (for example).

The Mindarie Regional Council (MRC) is inviting tenders for environmental consultancy services relating to monitoring and compliance works at the Tamala Park Waste Management Facility.

Tenderers are invited to attend a Non-Mandatory Tender Briefing/Site Inspection at 1700 Marmion Avenue Tamala Park WA 6030 on Wednesday 15 September 2021 at 11am. If the Tenderer canvasses any of the Principal’s Councillors or Officers with a view to influencing the acceptance of any Tender, the Principal may invalidate the Tender.
