Notice of Special Council Meeting 23 November 2023

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act, 1995 and the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting, will be held on 23 November 2023 at the City of Stirling, Council Chambers commencing at 6.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to
(in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 (schedule 9.3, Clause 10(c)) an election is to be conducted under s.709 (3)(b) of the
transitional provisions of the Local Government Act 1960)
- Appoint Councillors onto Committees and Other Groups
(in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 s.5.10 and s.5.11)
Business papers associated with this meeting will be available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 and the Local Government Administration Regulations 1996.
