10/10/2017 Mindarie Regional Council was an exhibitor at the Waste and Recycle 2017 Conference held at the new Crown Towers. The MRC display’s main focus was promoting its ‘No Glass in the green bin’ campaign and its ‘Winning Back Waste’ vision highlighting the importance of the Waste Hierarchy. The Waste & Recycling conference has been running for over 30 years in Western Australia and recognised as one of the largest gatherings of thought leaders, educators, industry professionals and other critically important contributors in the waste and recycle sector in the State. The Conference offered a rounded program with pre-conference tours (including one held at MRC facilities of Tamala Park and the RRF), workshops, panels and speakers delivering interesting and informative presentations.
